Zerostrasse shortlisted for Darc Awards

Now you can vote until 28 February 2022 for Darc Awards shortlisted projects and this exceptional underground network of tunnels! We are delighted to have our lighting design project Zerostrasse shortlisted for the Darc Awards 2021. Darc Awards is a peer-to-peer vote, meaning only independent lighting designers, light artists, interior designers, architects, and product designers are eligible to vote. Project shortlists consist of the best submissions from each category as chosen by the judging panel.

The underground network of tunnels, built in the city centre during the Austro-Hungarian Empire, is now fully renovated and acts as a pedestrian metro with a central gallery and a vertical connection with the Museum on the top of the hill. The lighting design solution provides comfortable linear lighting along the 2700 m2 hallways.
